Scope
This policy covers the public Viera Labs website at vieralab.com. Each product has a separate privacy policy. The website does not provide app accounts, AI inference, checkout, or file uploads.
Information involved in a visit
Cloudflare serves this static website and may process IP addresses, URLs requested, browser information, request times and security events to deliver and protect it. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. We do not add advertising trackers, third-party analytics, tracking pixels, newsletter forms or a support-form database.
Browser interactions
The product filter, search and mobile navigation run locally in your browser. Search terms are not sent to a server. We do not set analytics or advertising cookies or store a visitor profile in local storage.
Email and external links
If you email us, we and the mail providers process your email address, message and any attachments to respond to your request. We use support correspondence for handling the request, not for cross-product marketing. Avoid sending sensitive information. External store, demo and documentation links are governed by their own providers’ policies. Videos are linked rather than embedded so a third-party player does not load during an ordinary page visit.
Retention, choices and requests
Hosting and security data are handled under Cloudflare’s applicable retention arrangements. We retain support correspondence only as needed to handle the inquiry and any applicable recordkeeping obligation; a fixed retention period has not been established. You can ask about access, correction or deletion by emailing ng.van.hung90@gmail.com. Your rights depend on applicable law. We may need to establish that a request concerns your own data.
